Lisa was discharged from the hospital on Thursday, November 11th.

I talked to Lisa yesterday. She is very anxious to get out of the hospital. She sounds great and said that the incision is healing very well. They are just waiting for the doctor to release her.

Update-November 9th: Lisa is out of ICU and looking really good. Her sodium levels are pretty much normal and holding. No word on when she will be out of the hospital, but we expect it to be soon.

The latest news is that her sodium levels are up – but now they think they are going too high! They have also changed her mediciation which I understand has been a good thing. She is now more alert and they plan to get her up and moving a little bit tomorrow. As far as I know she is still in ICU.

Latest update on Lisa: November 4th. Lisa is still in ICU. Her sodium levels are still very low. They are increasing very slowly. She is sleeping alot still. Continue to pray for her and her mother, Cindy, as she is also coping with a broken ankle through all of this.

Continue to pray. Lisa was moved back to ICU today (11-2-04). Her sodium levels are too low. They have done another CT scan, but results aren’t in yet.

Lisa,
I’m praying that you will have someone to help you through the next steps in your recovery after your mom goes home. I often pray this O.T. verse,”Neither know we what to do, but our eyes are upon Thee.” It was good to see your principal and hear and update from him which I’ve passed on to those in science and music.
