Well, these comments must have gotten my Adams juices flowing, because I had the strangest dream about them--there were a million students around, and we were gathered in some house that wasn't theirs, but was. IT doubled as an Italian restaurant, and there was a lot of movement and laughter and Mrs. Adams saying, "Well, he likes to get a chance to visit with the kids." She meant Phil. And we all were his kids (I'm pretty sure you were there, Mels, somewhere. I distinctly remember Brian Pinner floating around somewhere...) Wierd. I hope he doesn't actually READ this blog, or he might never invite me to his house again... ;o)

Well, Mels, what can I say? I would love it if you were able to spend a little time in Boston, but I was also sort of taking it for granted that I might be able to meet up with you in Greenville if you went down there :o) I always need an excuse to visit Heritage and the Adams fam and so on and so forth (Oh! I just had a pang of Adams-withdrawal. I miss them. Remember when we got to visit with them and Val's fam after the service that night? And we ha da big discussion about termites, and everyone made fun of me, because I was actually a Somewhat Knowledgeable Person on the subject? We ate Val's yummy peach pie and I had a million cups of coffee, and got to sit next to Andrew, who says incredibly witty things under his breath...Did I already say that I miss them?) Oh, well, Mels, we'll have to see what happens! I plan to see you, either way, Lord willing :o)

oh, they look so nice! and now i know how to picture them when you talk about them! (i was thinking back to the pleasant [soccer] stories you related to me before.)

linda looks really sweet too. even though kassandra (6) is several years younger, i know how good it feels when she comes up to me at church and says, "are you coming to my house today?" it's so cute.

this morning i was going back and forth in my mind about what i should do with my plans for coming to the states in march. should i go to greenville? should i go to maine? should i try for both? should i make a trip to boston and then attempt to see my brother and his family as well... when i saw this pic this morning, i thought, "oh, i want to meet them!" :o)

guess i still have a couple of months to decide. those in greenville keep talking about my coming to see them, and i have yet to write my brother... oh, decisions, decisions!!
