Hey Jen-

Saw your post today and felt greatly encouraged that someone else feels the struggle with their sin nature like I do. I thought you post was very helpful and encouraging, so I linked to it from my site.

Will remember you in prayer.

Jen-
Thank you for this. What a great image. I am sure that God gave that picture to you so that you could share with your brothers and sisters in Christ. How great His work is!

I have often thought of his actions towards the lepers in the same way as well. He reached out and touched them too.
Hallelujah!

my thanks too. and since i've already listened to the message :o), i can contemplate a bit better. i know i often forget that i can just go to Him and ask instead of trying on my own.

i like the last verse you included as well. makes me think of our recent exchange about growing in the Lord. because beginning something and performing it until seems to indicate that it's not a task completed in one fell swoop but rather as an on-going process.

Jen...this blog was...excellent...thought-provoking...open...I needed it. I feel the exact same way, but I've not had the wonderful realization you've had. Not until I read this blog. Praise God. You're right. What an awesomely wonderful gracious holy God we serve. He LONGS to stand in the deepest waters with us...why do we even think about going through such things without Him? Thanks for sharing.
